Shame On You, Abercrombie & Fitch!

Abercrombie & Fitch

So your brand is made for the "good looking"?

My personal shopping experience in many Abercrombie & Fitch locations have all been the same. Uncomfortable from the door, not very welcoming. One can only imagine that our youth are getting smarter and becoming more cost savvy.

"The Kids Aren’t All Right, and Neither Is Abercrombie & Fitch."

Let's go back a few months and maybe shed a little more light on Abercrombie & Fitch.....

Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries has finally formally apologised for comments made six years ago about how "uncool" kids and "fat women" shouldn't be wearing the brand's clothes.

"We go after the attractive all-American kid with a great attitude and a lot of friends. A lot of people don't belong (in our clothes), and they can't belong. Are we exclusionary? Absolutely."

Get more here:

"A&F is the high school bully of the retail clothing world," Mr Karber said. "They like to exclude certain groups of people to create a false sense of exclusivity".

A&F sells men's clothes in XL and XXL sizes but refuses to sell the equivalent sizes in its women's range.

Huge thumbs down for Abercrombie & Fitch.
